Jim Harbaugh's Motivational Office White Board Needs To Be Put In The Football Hall Of Fame
I am a mark for when the curtain is pulled back on college football programs. I love seeing the inner workings of the programs we watch all fall for tidbits like seeing Jim Harbaugh’s motivational whiteboard:
That’s a look inside Jim Harbaugh’s mind of insanity.
“Fat is the enemy of speed:”
“Preaching to the choir is for showboats and THE SOFT:”
“Who’s got it better than us? NO-BODY”
“Change the “I” to a “E.” Don’t get bitter get better.”
“I’ve been known to come through on occasion”
This one was confusing. Could be interpreted in a way Harbaugh isn’t intending.
“You are over the legal limit for what ifs”
“Got where I am by rolling up my sleeves, delegating nothing and taking everything personally”
“Aint hard being a football player if you are a “football player””
“I told you that I would tell you the truth. I didn’t say you would like it.”
I, also, love how there are quotes that lead to other quotes on the whiteboard:
A look at Harbaugh putting that together:
