This may be a loud minority but on Twitter a decent amount of people were mad at Jimbo for this moment caught on TV:

Should Jimbo had done this? Probably not. Is it that big of a deal? No. He grabbed his facemask. He didn’t punch him in the face. Do you miss old-school football? This is old-school football. You can’t have the best of both worlds.

Jimbo is old school. Grabbing a players facemask is not the best form of coaching in my opinion. I prefer coaches who headbutt their players:
