Barstool Sports Advisors Sunday Recap
This show started off with Hannah the weather girl asking Big Cat if he bought a new jacket. Well, of course he bought a new blue jacket, he does every week. Stu Feiner declared almost every NFL quarterback dead this episode but lets get into the picks. It was a tough day at the office.
Dave Portnoy (2-3)
This was a rough double horn mortal lock for Dave especially how it started with the Rams. We all know what Todd Gurley did and it was a travesty for El Presidente. He bounced back on his Broncos +10 pick by being on the right side of Andy Reids moron brain of not kicking field goals at the end of the game. Lets see if Dave can bounce back next week but his overall record is still outrageous.
Big Cat (2-6)
Woof. Big Cat had his worst week on the show but hey he did hit his mortal lock. Dan had a rough Sunday night as he gives out a twofer. He had the Vikings and the Over, the over was a heartbreaker. The Saints back up qb decided to not hand the ball off and took it for himself and lost 8 yards to get out of field goal range. Then the Vikings were driving to kick a field goal and the Saints were holding the ball from the Vikings to make the under hit. It was just a bad week for Big Cat.
Stu Feiner (2-3)
Stu paid tribute to Paul Allen as the crew gave him a moment of silence. The Paul Allen revenge game was an absolute lock. You always have to go with the team after a death it is just science. Unfortunately the consesus earthquake was a disaster as the Ravens were run over by the Panthers. When everyone is on the same side of a game it usually ends up bad.
It was a tough week for the Panel. No positive records for this week but the YTD records are still insane.
YTD records
Dave – 70-50-4 (Including After Show)
Dan – 66-59-4 (Including After Show)
