Kyler Murray, Your 2018 Heisman
The closest Heisman race I can remember ended as it should have, with Kyler as the Heisman. Here is a look at the final ballot:
As you can see, Tua was very close to lifting the Heisman. His 1871 points is the most by a runner-up in Heisman history. I think it just came down to statistics. Could have Tua put up better stats if he stayed in the games? Yes, of course, but he didn’t.
