Who knows what this will mean, but if we are being optimistic, this would be back:

Being pessimistic? This could just be the NCAA looking to control the likeness and image of their athletes even more. I’d doubt that, though. They know they have to make a change and anything in the opposite direction of the public court of opinion will be an awful PR move.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed. You should too. Hopefully, the next NCAA Football game benefits the player’s pockets too.
