Urban Meyer Is Looking For Guest Suggestions For His New Podcast On "Elite Leadership And Behavior"

When you wake up in the morning, you never know what the day in front of you is going to look like. That’s the beauty of living. If we always knew what would happen, what would be the point of living?

Today, the uncertainty of life came thanks to our old friend Urban Meyer and his apparent “mentor” Paul Finebaum:

“Elite leadership, culture and behavior…….” excuse me, what?!

I shouldn’t act too surprised. Let’s not forget that Urban Meyer is planning on teaching a class on leadership this upcoming semester at Ohio State:

There’s nothing that Urban Meyer loves more than talking about leadership. He wrote a book about it:

The podcast Urban will be on is called Focus 3:

His co-hosts are Tim and Brian Kight:

They’re the well-known expert speakers on leadership and team building that Urban had brought in to work with the team as regular contributors throughout the season for a number of years.

They are two guys who have popularized a bunch of acronym sayings:

E+R=O (Event+Response=Outcome), eliminating BCD (Blame, Complain, Defend) behaviors, and – one my of personal favorites – “Doesn’t Matter, Get Better.”

Weird that Tim and Brian Kight want people to eliminate BCD, while Urban Meyer is the king of blame, complain, and defend.

It does appear that Urban is looking for guests. Here’s my list, if he is reading:
