Report: Eddie Murphy Is BACK After Netflix Backed The Brink Truck Into His Driveway For New Standup Special

Often times, when I ask my friends/co-workers  about their favorite standup comedians, they mention Aziz Ansari, Bill Burr, Amy Schumer (lol just kidding), Joey Diaz, etc. Those are all good answers. Three guys who are at the top of their craft and one bag of milk. However, I believe my generation often times doesn’t recognize one of the true goats of stand up comedy. Eddie Murphy. Delirious and RAW are two of the funniest things I’ve ever watched:

This may come as a surprise as those who are older, but for younger millennials, Eddie Murphy is more known for his role in Dr. Doolittle than anything else. It’s a real shame. Luckily, for my less knowing friends and fellow millennials/Gen-Zers, they are going to get the opportunity to learn about one of the greatest comedians of all time:

MASSIVE. Netflix brought the brink trucks out!

I don’t know the exact finances of Netflix, and if I did I wouldn’t pretend to understand it, but I am willing to go out on a limb and say: GREAT DEAL. $70 million is a lot of damn money, but Netflix wipes their shit with $100 bills so it probably isn’t that much money in the long haul for them.

I’m just happy Eddie Murphy is back on stage. Intrigued to see what he’s got up his sleeve. Can’t wait!!!
