Murderer, Who Was Released For "Being Too Old To Kill," Found Guilty For Killing Again

Albert Flick is a bad man. In 1979, he was convicted of killing his wife. He went to jail for 25 years and was released in 2004. In 2010, Flick was arrested for assault on two women. You’d think that would be enough to put Mr. Flick away for life. You don’t get a third chance after we gave you a second chance post murdering somebody. However, the judge deemed Flick a non-flight risk because he was too old.

SOURCE-After his release in 2004, Flick was convicted of assaulting two other women in 2010. A judge sentenced Flick to almost four years behind bars — resisting recommendations of prosecutors and probation officials to give him eight or nine years, believing the man would be too old to commit any more violent acts.

Covering college football, I’ve learned the number one rule in life is never give anybody bulletin board material. It’s sort of like what JBL used to say when he was the color commentator for RAW, “be careful what you bring in the ring, because it may be used against you.” I don’t know who the judge is that said Flick was too old to kill, but boy was he/she wrong.

A 77-year-old murderer — back on the streets because he was deemed too old to kill again — was convicted this week of fatally stabbing a Maine woman.

Don’t give murderers bulletin board material. Should be taught day 1 at law school.
