Nevada Freshman Hits Last Second 56-Yd FG To Beat Purdue, Given Scholarship In Locker Room After Game

A tough start to the 2019 season for Purdue. Losing to Nevada is unacceptable. However, let’s not focus on Purdue, but instead on a little guy on Nevada named Brandon Talton. He stands 5’8, 165, but boy does he have a boot. You know what else he has? A scholarship now:

I love how impromptu this was. Just Jay Norvell tossing the ball to Talton and throwing in that the kids on scholarship now. I hope Norvell double checked that he had an open spot for a scholarship. Wouldn’t want a Scott’s Tots Situation on our hands. Look how happy Talton looked!
