Opening Day Pick Four at Santa Anita PLUS Bowl Game Picks

Ok, so yesterday was a very nice day at Laurel Park for us. We turned a $54.00 Pick Four wager into over $380. Now we turn our eyes westward to the "Great Race Place" and opening day at Santa Anita Park. There are some great races and great horses running today and we are going to try and capitalize on it. We have a nice little late Pick Four and we have bowl game picks, including the CFP semi-final matchups. Let's do the damn thing.

BlackJack's Santa Anita Pick Four:

Race Eight: The (7) Mirth with Mike Smith will be very tough to beat, but if it is to happen, it could be one of a few, depending on how the race shapes up. Add (1), (2), (4) and (6).

Race Nine: (5) Omaha Beach should roll here, but should he stumble out of the gate as he did on Breeders' Cup weekend, look for (2) Complexity or (4) Roadster to factor in the decision.

Race Ten: This feels like a two horse race between (5) Mo Forza and (6) Neptune's Storm. I'll be surprised if anyone else crosses the line first.

Race Eleven: This race is more wide open than the others look. The (11) Totally Tiger is best of the bunch, but not by a significant margin. I'll also use (2), (8) and (9).
