BlackJack's Gulfstream Park Pick Five

Ok, Paulie and I are back from our adventure at Parx Racing and Casino in Pennsylvania. Parx was amazing, I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area, but now we are onto live racing today. Today we point our laser focus on the track at Hallandale Beach, Florida, Gulfstream Park. I'm taking a shot at the early pick five there today, so let's jump right in.

BlackJack's Gulfstream Park Pick Five:

Race One: I'm riding with the on fire connection of trainer Saffie Joseph and rider Irad Ortiz on the (10) Fast Dude. Will hedge with (4) Mountain Tree.

Race Two: This shapes up as a duel between the two Ortiz brothers, Irad and Jose. Never discount the fact that they are willing to throw an assist to one another on the track occasionally. Take both (3) and (6).

Race Three: More of an open race, we will seek coverage here. My top choice is (6) Keilani, but I will use 2-6.

Race Four: The (8) Menelik is the heavy favorite here and with good reason. He has Hall of Fame rider Javier Castellano aboard and is making a steep drop in class today. Single.

Race Five: Another wide open race where coverage is the key word. We will favor the (7) Dream Willcome, but also use (4) and 6-10.
