Basketball Is Back! We've Got Plays For Both NBA Bubble Games
Finally, the NBA has returned! Tonight, in the Orlando bubble, NBA regular season action returns to our television screens. We have two games, where we'll get to see some of the games biggest stars take the court. I can't wait to see it, and of course we will be betting on it. Now, obviously Zion and AD's status' is critically important. I'm assuming both will be playing for these picks. If something changes, we'll keep an eye out on the lines.
Utah Jazz vs. New Orleans Pelicans (-2.5, O/U 225)
Again, I am assuming Zion is playing tonight in this one. If he is, I think New Orleans has too much firepower for Utah. It's easy to forget how dynamic this Pelicans team was with Zion. They played incredibly fast. They rebounded unbelievably well. They were a tour de force. The Jazz on the other hand never really got Mike Conley clicking they way we all expected. They lost Bojan Bogdanovic, which was a critically efficient 20 ppg. And now there's the rumors of discord between their two best players. I liked the Jazz a lot coming into this season, I like them considerably less right now. Also, every game is so important for New Orleans as they try to make the playoffs.
THE PICK: New Orleans ML (-135)
Los Angeles Clippers vs. Los Angeles Lakers (-4, O/U 216)
This one is going to be a good one. We've got four of the brightest stars in the game healthy and ready to go. A.D. may have an eye thing, but again, I expect him to play. Lebron is ready to go. Kawhi and PG13 are good to go. Lou Williams is unfortunately in quarantine due to some chicken wings, but if any team can afford to lose their third, fourth or fifth best players, it's the Clippers. The public is all over the Lakers tonight, I'm going the other way and taking the Clippers.
THE PICK: Clippers +4
