DVD's Locks of the Day: September 16th
Yesterday: 0-6 (52-44-1 Total)
Brutal. Absolutely brutal. I'm man enough to step up and take it on the chin when I have an abysmal gambling day. But let's all be real for a second, all you clown motherfuckers in the comments saying you faded all my picks last night are full of shit. Let's see the slips. Put your money where your mouth is. If you've been fading me this entire time you've been getting your dick kicked in. Dig up the numbers, please iI'm begging you. 52-44-1 is my real record all documented on this blog. If anything my unit count would actually be better because I've hit a bunch of plus money plays that I've counted as a single win. Fade me at your own peril, bitches. Those who have been following these picks know what's up because their pockets are lined with cash. We're back at it today.
White Sox -150 and -1.5 +125
Anytime Lucas Giolito is on the mound I'm riding with the White Sox. True ace pitcher that's really hitting his stride with the support of maybe the best lineup in the American League right now. The White Sox are red hot, at home and I love them to get it done tonight.
Orioles +1.5 -105 and ML +145
One of the most underrated lineups and teams in all of baseball. They have real power and real depth and constantly a heavy dog. They present major value on the run-line and at +145 at home. The Orioles are 30-14 at home as underdogs on the run-line. This team has a ton of fight and Cole Hamels is trying to dust off the cobwebs and make his debut for the Braves. Feed me the Orioles.
Cubs -105
Jon Lester is a warrior and a phenomenal competitor but I'll be the first to admit that he is not the same caliber of pitcher he once was. Howeva, he is still capable of scrapping out innings and has the veteran savvy to get out of tough jams and i think he does enough to get the win here at home over a rock solid Indians team. The Cubs are 17-12 at home and 11-4 as an underdog. This game is essentially a pick em/leaning to the Indians as a slight favorite but I think the Cubs are overall the better team with a deeper lineup and get a win tonight at Wrigley.
