19-Point Underdog Maryland Wins On Missed XP By Minnesota #CollegeKickers

Pretty wild game in Maryland tonight. Lots of twist and turns.

Taulia Tagovailoa got the Terps off to a 14-0 then 21-7 lead:

From that point on, Minnesota dominated thanks to Mohamed Ibrahim, a Maryland local who wasn't offered by the Terps, went for 4 TDs in the 1st half:

The game looked like it was all but wrapped up after Maryland did what Maryland often does: fuck up in the most inconvenient times.

I'm not even sure how, but Maryland forced this game into overtime. Minnesota looked unstoppable up until the 4th quarter, where they had under 30 total yards.

Taulia had the winning TD thanks to an awesome stretch:

I still don't even know how Maryland won this game to be completely honest. Once Minnesota tied it at 21 it felt hopeless for the Terps, but here we are. Taulia went for 394 yards passing on what seems to be a truly brutal Minnesota defense:

The final play was a missed XP, which is just prototypical #CollegeKickers. In the caption I wrote above for @BarstoolSports on Twitter (sorry, wanted to feel like Bailey for a second) I mentioned that the kickers scholarship should be pulled. Do I believe that? Kind of. I don't want him to become homeless or anything like that, but maybe a week off scholarship will help him figure out whatever the fuck led to missing that XP.
