Trysta's Teasers: Your WNBA Picks For The Weekend (Saturday Update)

Man it might be time to #FadeTrysta because after three winning weekends, we are getting slaughtered in the streets the past two weeks. It’s BAAAAAADDDDDDD. But you’ve got to ride out the storm, and we’ve got three games today. One of them, the Connecticut Sun (-15 and o156) vs the Indiana Fever is another huge spread and I am uninterested in that after the slaughter I took yesterday. I am leaning Fever +15 but nowhere near close enough to bet it.

The other early game is Washington at New York (-1.5 and o165). Both teams are right around .500 ATS this year (Washington 8-8, New York 8-9). But Washington is 1-4 ATS in their last five, so they’ve not done well recently. I actually like the over in this game. The Mystics are an over machine, and New York can score at home.

THE PICK: O165 

The night game is Minnesota at Phoenix (-3 and o163). The Lynx are an ultra confusing team. Some weeks I think they’ve figured their shit out, and other times they shit the bed. The Lynx just beat the Mercury by 6 being +6 on the road, so the tendency will be to ride them again. But I like Phoenix to cover in a close game here.

I’m not sure what’s going wrong with my feel for the WNBA but hopefully we get right sided soon. You can always fade me while I’m cold. But fair warning. I won’t be cold for long.
