Final KHL Betting Guide Of 2021

EBR has denounced Severstal Cherepovets as our favorite team in the KHL, but that will not stop us from betting on this team. Their helter-skelter style has given us some of the most exciting moments of the KHL season so far.  You never know which team will show up with this group, but one thing always happens and that is goals in both nets.

Speaking of EBR favorite teams, Dynamo Moscow held that title for the first few weeks of the season back in September as they cashed tickets every time we took them. Their offense is loaded with talent and they just put up four goals on CSKA Moscow, one of the top defensive teams in the league.

Vadim Shipachyov is the league's top scorer and was born in Cherepovets and started his KHL career playing for Severstal.  After lighting up there for a small market team for 4 seasons, the big-budget SKA St. Petersburg came calling and signed him to a big deal. After a cup of coffee in the NHL and one more year in SKA, he found his way to Dynamo and has been lights out for them. Vadim recently picked up his 800th career point in the league and will definitely be adding to that total today with family and friends in the building. 

On defense Dynamo has Andrei Sergeyev who is a complete wild card out there, going up and down the ice. He has 5 goals and 20 assists this season while playing a style that gives up tons of chances for the other team along the way.  EBR would normally love this kind of player when betting the over, but there is one thing that makes him one of our least favorite players.  He wears #99 which is just ridiculous and should not be allowed by any league anywhere. Nothing we can do from here about it except root for him to score some points today, but due to that jersey number, we won't feel bad rooting for him to make some mistakes that end up in his own net as well. 

This will be an exciting game and we can expect Shipachyov to have the inside tract on the best Russian Gas in Cherepovets and deliver on the scoresheet for us.
