The NHL playoffs are in full swing with upsets, a ton of overs, and a few series that will make the Spittin’ Chiclets crew look terrible or like heroes.  This blog will be an everyday staple in the life of the EBR bettors.

GAME OF THE NIGHT - PITT PENGUINS @ NY RANGERS (Game 5; Pitt Series 3-1)

Murls' Breakdown: 

Never back a dog into a corner because that is when they attack. The Rangers are in a corner and it is last stand time.  Their goalie is the Vezina front runner and he has not shown up to this series.  Maybe Shesterkin is a drama guy and wants to show how he can flip a series when he wants.  

If you want to win in playoffs your best players have to be your best players. Chris Kreider scored 54 goals during the regular season and the Rags need him to get one tonight. 

I think they get it here… I mean how long can the goaltender for Pitt keep this act up. I believe he is due for a letdown and the Pens will shrug it off and go back to Pitt to close it out.  The Pens and Crosby are so good structurally and have been there before.  I have lost a ton on the Rangers but this is a good spot for the Blue Shirts to make some of it back.
