I haven’t seen a beating like that since someone stuck a banana in my pants and turned a monkey loose… wow. 

The Avs are legit unstoppable and now they have a 2-0 series lead and are 14-2 including 7-0 on the road in the playoffs.  

This team is fast and I mean run to the bathroom fast after a rough meal.. The amazing thing is the secondary scoring they are getting every night. The question was asked when will Makar get on the score sheet and did he hear it and send an answer. He is the best D-man that this league has seen in a long time and he seems to be getting better every game.   The Avs show what a modern team looks like where the D men are versatile and can play everywhere on the ice.  The Avs goalie has not even been challenged as the Lightning are one and done so many times.  

The Champs did not look anything like they have over the last 3 years in Game 2. They looked slow and do not seem to understand how fast the Avs are.  Yes, did they come back from 2 down the last series yes… but this is not the same opponent and not the same speed.  The team needs to find the 5 v 5 scoring that they have dominated this postseason.  Cooper likes to roll his lines and bang bodies and wear teams down, but they have not had anything close to an answer in this series.  The last game was 7-0 and if they didn't have Vasy, it would have been 12-0. I would like to see more time in the Avs zone and make them play 200 ft. Do not let them get wound up and skate at you, they are too fast. 

I know what everyone will say “Ok they are home now so the champs win! “ I am not on board with this. The Avs are too much and play great on the road.  The depth on D and speed up front are too much.  

This game will be close maybe even a #murleyspecial but TB loses this one and MacKinnon is one win away from getting his Stanley Cup. Let's put a beating on the Barstool Sportsbook tonight!!!
