It's Going To Come Down To The Wire...

As we approach the dog days of summer, MLB Divisional races are as hot as the temperature outside … well half of the divisions that is. 

The NL East, NL Central and AL Central will likely be a fight right down to the last day of the season. In NL East, the Mets hold a 3.5 game lead but have a pivotal 5 game series starting tonight vs The Braves. The NL Central is down to the Brewers and Cardinals separated by just a game and a half. The Brewers are doing themselves no favors losing two in a row to the Pirates. Finally, in the American League Central is a three horse race. The Twins are up 1 game on Cleveland, and 2 games on the underachieving White Sox.
