Friday is finally here, so we all know the Pink Whitney and Big Deal Brew will be flowing to try and stay warm so let's start with a hearty lunch of European delicacies. 

League: Czech Extra-Liga

Appetizer: Utopenci - Sausages tossed in a mason jar with water, vinegar, and spices and soaked for 2 weeks. Add some peppers and onions if you like and of course, wash them down with an ice-cold Big Deal Brew.

League: Swedish Hockey League (SHL)

Main Course: Köttbullar - Swedish Meatballs - The stereotypical dish of Sweden combing hamburgers, bread crumbs, onions, salt, and pepper rolled into small balls. Served with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and pickles. Most North Americans have tried them at their local IKEA store and these are decent, but nothing compares to the homemade version.

League: Austria Hockey League

Dessert: Tiramisu - Everyone knows what Tiramisu is and that it's Italian so why is this the dessert for the Austrian League? The Austrian league consists of teams outside Austria including 3 in Italy and Tiramisu is in my top 5 of desserts.
