-File this one under, “proof you can bet on anything”. Bovada has odds on which coach will be getting their pink slip first. The leader of the struggling Colts, Chuck Pagano, tops the list. I personally think had the Bills not beaten the Pats last week, Rex Ryan would have been a great bet to be sent packing, but that win likely bought him 2-3 more weeks. Amazing to see a guy like Sean Payton on this list, but then again NFL stands for Not for Long. Full scoop.
– When this column was derived on Thursday, no one would have argued The Red Sox were a team that had a really good shot to take home another World Series. Well it seems Davey Mush Pageviews trip to Cleveland didn’t help, as the Sox are now on the ropes down 0-2 in a 5 game series.
On the flip side of the league, the Cubs are the favorite overall at +250. One interesting play I see is Toronto Blue Jays +750. Joe Osborne filed them under delirious , but flat out they can score runs, and I’ll take my chances in a power driven American League. Like the value there. Get your full odds here.
– The NHL will be dropping the puck for the 2016-2017 season very soon. Rob Trites has his ideas on some good picks. Find them all here.

PICKS
My most confident pick of the week was given out Monday with Michigan -26.5 , that line (as I predicted has skyrocketed to -30.5 or -31 in some books). So we’re going with a different play in this column so there’s no confusion.
South Florida -14.5
Clear weather in Tampa. South Florida is as fast paced as it gets, and East Carolina is banged up. Love South Florida to be playing angry in this one and ECU will not be able to match the points.
-Hank enjoy Cleveland… keep grinding
